Colleen recently celebrated her anniversary and was looking for a special gift; something different. This sexy mom of two was a bit shy in front of the camera, but you would never be able to tell by looking at the photos. Colleen, you did a great job and looked beautiful. We met Melanie many years ago at a Bridal show when she was the wedding co-ordinator for the Ramada Inn. She watched me grow and grow during 4 bridal shows when I was pregnant with Rachel, so I was ecstatic when I found out that Melanie and Corey were expecting a baby themselves. Melanie is now the proud owner of Elegance Favours and the proud mommy to Emma. Rachel was fascinated with baby Emma and insisted on being in a few photos too. Melanie and Corey, we’re so happy for the two of you and can’t wait to watch little Emma grow up….and if she ever needs a friend, I know Rachel was quite smitten with her!

Why do I love David and Marcie? Number one - they have the best bulldog ever named Meatball (who Ewan wanted to steal, by the way) and Number two - because they saved me from having to acknowledge my birthday this year with a surprise party. Ewan blocked himself off for the last weekend of May insisting that we’d celebrate this terrible birthday number year ‘by ourselves’ but I knew he was secretly planning something big and awful. Marcie was persistent, and so was I, and with some tears on both of our ends, I had escaped the terrible surprise party and Marcie and David had their photographer! That being said, congratulations to the two of you, and thank you for rescuing me!

Jaime and John are getting married at Bellamere Winery, one of our favourite venues in the city, so we decided to take their engagement photos out there too so they could get a feel for the grounds. It was a beautiful day and they couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. Congratulations Jaime and John and we can’t wait for your wedding in October.
