And so here we are, entry 34 in our The Good, The Bad and The Blog posts – wow. I love writing these and sharing the crazy happenings of the Phelan house and letting you in on the (sometimes insane) world we live in. There’s never a boring minute over here! Recently I’ve received a lot of emails from brides asking for inspiration advice or websites/blogs that would offer images of their planned theme or colours. To be honest, I’m the wrong person to ask. I like to pretend I’m crafty and artsy, but the one time I tried to learn how to knit I nearly poked out my eye. And I don’t have handmade little perfumed sachets in our sock drawers that I stitched myself. Sadly we don’t even have a sock drawer. It’s more of a sock ‘pile’. So, I might not be the best person to give you personal advice on style, but there are literally oodles and oodles of sites out there that will knock your socks off (or at least knock your sock pile over). I don’t share nearly enough in the (the blog) category here, so today I’m going to share some of my favourite places to go for wedding related inspiration and ideas. I have yet to succeed with a DIY project, but a girl can dream, can’t she? I hope you enjoy the sites and please share any of your favourites that I haven’t yet stumbled upon. Or if you’re a bride and want to share your own site or a photog who wants to leave a link to theirs for brides to look at, please do so!….(the blog)
